Division

The Support Intern is a member of the LabGuru Support Team part of the Digital Platform Enablement group based in Bangalore.

Team

Responsible for supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific Labs and BUs for configuration and support of the LabGuru product. This is accomplished through understanding the desired labs requirements, features and user needs. Here are some of the key activities for the role:

Nature of Work

• Work closely with the labs and BUs to understand the requirements, functional and non-functional design intent for the solution.
• Get expertise of the LabGuru products and solution implemented by LabGuru.
• Work with labs to identify use cases and define stories for different user roles.
• Configure LabGuru to meet the labs requirements.
• Present and demonstrate configured solutions and features to stakeholders.
• Maintain the backlog for solutions, ensuring that requirements are met through engineering deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Science, Bio Informatics or Bio Technology related fields.
• With 0-1 years of experience.
• A highly motivated fast learner.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Willing to work with a geographically distributed team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
